A separate class for women and girls aged 16 and over at the academy on Koshtoyantsa 20/3. Saturdays at 4 pm. All levels, you can start from zero. First class 1,000 ₽.
If you want to get stronger but another set on another machine makes you want to quit, jiu-jitsu gives you the same and a bit more. The whole body works, the load comes from natural movement rather than an isolated exercise, and you leave tired but with a clear head.
The second reason people come is confidence. Not the abstract kind, but the kind that appears once you know what your body can do and what to do if someone gets too close. Jiu-jitsu is built on technique and leverage rather than strength, so it works against a bigger opponent too.
And the atmosphere. The group is small, everyone knows each other and nobody is sizing you up. Some have never done a martial art, others already have a belt. Level does not matter: the coach picks your partner for rolls. In the clip on the left Tatiana and the women of the group tell you about it themselves, in Russian.
Tatiana, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, runs the academy’s women’s groups. The class is open to everyone aged 16 and over, from a first-timer to someone getting ready to compete.
It is built so that both a newcomer and someone who has trained for years feel at home: technique is broken down step by step and the coach picks your partner for rolls. You can come on your own, you do not need to know anyone.

20/3 Koshtoyantsa Street, Moscow. The gym sits where Troparyovo-Nikulino, Prospekt Vernadskogo, Ramenki and Ochakovo meet, so it is easy to reach from several directions.
Leave your phone number, we will call back, tell you the next class and what to bring.
